A large batch of cheeses sold under several brands and distributed in large brands is the subject of a product recall following a suspicion of contamination by Listeria Monocytogenes. Camemberts, coulommiers, bries and other formats concerned by these recall sheets must be checked in cupboards and refrigerators: certain minimum durability dates (DDM) or lots are still in circulation.

After the reminders of Lidl cheeses, alerts, published between August 11 and 12, 2025, concern products provided by Chavegrand and the cooperative U, and distributed at Intermarché,, Leclerc,, Crossroads,, Auchan,, Colruyt,, Cleaner and other brands. Consumers are invited to no longer consume the references listed and to follow the return or destruction methods indicated by the distributors. The list continues to lie down. What are the risks to health?

The suspected presence of Listeria monocytogenes exposes to the risk of listeriosisinfection that can be translated into a fever, headache and aches. Severe forms exist, with neurological complications or materno -fetal damage. The incubation period can go as far as eight weeks. Pregnant women, the elderly and immunocompromised people should be particularly vigilant and consult a doctor in the event of symptoms.

How to be reimbursed?

No longer consume the products concerned. Return them to the point of sale to obtain a refund Or contact the consumer service indicated on each of the recall sheets:
