Our providers and delivery rates
A prescriber must approve all orders before dispatching. Upon being approved by a prescriber, you should note if you want to select express delivery, this process usually lasts for a few hours, but can take as much as 72 hours after placing the order.
Orders are guaranteed or signed for express delivery. If you opt for express delivery, our customer service team is not able to fast track the order for prescriber review.

Once we dispatch your order, we will provide you with an email that contains all the necessary tracking information. Please enter the parcel code in order to be able to track your order.

How we pack the parcels
We carefully package and secure every order we dispatch to ensure that the product is completely safe and that your privacy is protected. We dispatch all the medication in a safe box, which is then placed in a standard courier envelope without any mention of the TrueMedical brand, or the content of the parcel.
