Shalls on the back and brand new agendas are not the only new features this month of September. Since yesterday, several measures have been applied and have been shaking up with the daily life of households: from the price of gas which backs up to gradual retirement accessible earlier, including couples taxes or rules to give blood, the return calendar is well loaded.
Gas: breathing for invoices
Good news on the energy front. The energy regulation commission has confirmed a drop in gas marks of gas. The demand is bending in Europe, the supply remains stable, and this results in a softer invoice for subscribers to indexed offers. Despite this, the increase in subscriptions slightly counter this drop in prices.
Illness stops: a unique and secure document
No more multiple versions of work stoppages. A redesigned cerfa, endowed with seven different securitys, becomes the norm. The purpose of health insurance is to tighten the screw against fraud and offer a universal form. Any document that does not respect this official model will now be refused.
Progressive retirement: the 60th CAP of 60 years
It is one of the most anticipated changes. From the age of 60 and with 150 validated quarters, employees can now switch part -time while receiving a fraction of their pension. The idea is to offer a smooth passage between activity and retirement, instead of a brutal stop which can upset the life of a young retiree.
Couples: the withholding tax becomes individual
It is automatic: married or PACS couples now see a rate calculated separately for each spouse. Those who wish to keep a common rate must take the process themselves, failing which everyone will see their tax calculated according to their own income.
Blood donation: the rules are loose
The waiting period for people recently tattooed, pierced or having undergone certain medical acts is reduced by four to two months. This measure aims to increase the circle of potential donors.
Education: Place at back -to -school scholarships
The scholarship campaign for middle and high school students is launched. Families have until October 16 to submit their request. Financial support varies according to the situation, from a few hundred to more than a thousand euros per year, and constitutes a precious aid to lighten the cost of schooling.
Evolution of neonatal screening
As of September 1, the national neonatal screening program, applicable to all newborns in France, extends. Three additional pathologies are now included: severe combined immune deficits (DICS), infantile spinal amyotrophy (SMA) and acyl-coenzyme deficit in dehydrogenase of very long chain fatty acids (VLCAD).
New calculation for the complement of free choice of childcare mode (CMG)
