However, vacations make you want to get out of routine. The hotel comes in second place with 37% of responses, just ahead of nature, cited by 36% of participants. Sleeping elsewhere, changing scenery or enjoying a wilder environment seems to fuel the desire to escape.
The car also retains its power of seduction. It is in fourth place with 21% of responses, ahead of the beach, which is the dream of one in five people.
Between intimacy, spontaneity and summer landscapes, these places remain associated with the idea of a romantic break during the holidays.
