Between heat above 30°C and evenings on the terrace, summer 2026 makes you want to change your perfume without suffocating those around you. The houses are launching more airy juices, full of citrus fruits, fresh flowers or light delicacies. Among the new products already spotted by the beauty press, certain bottles cost up to €230 for 75 ml and each promise a very distinct summer atmosphere.
To see clearly, here are six new summer 2026 perfumes which cover the essential styles, from Cologne for Matin by Maison Francis Kurkdjian to Banana Rush by Juliette has a gun, via Cœur Fetish Amber by Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.
Each juice is associated with a “summer profile” to help you choose the one that will follow your hot days or long nights.
6 new summer perfumes for 2026: a bottle for every mood
For those scorching mornings when you just want the feeling of a cool sheet, Cologne for the Morning from Maison Francis Kurkdjian plays the chic cologne card, perfect after the shower. This 200 ml costs €335, but a few sprays are more than enough.
Citrus lovers will rather aim Rochas Pomelo Passion Watera 100 ml at €85.90, a sparkling cocktail ideal for the office as well as for an aperitif.
Want something dressier without going heavy? Slow Rise by Bottega Veneta, spotted by Madame Figaro, mixes flowers and herbs with discreet chic, perfect with a light suit or linen dress.
On the gourmet side, Banana Rush by Juliette has a gun (50 ml at €105) evokes a banana milkshake, sunny but portable in the city.
For the night, Starlicious Berry Licorice by Mugler, 75 ml at €59, combines red fruits and licorice, while
Heart Fetish Amber by Yves Saint Laurent Beauté plays couture amber in 75 ml at €230.
Light gourmands and rice notes: the new fragrant wave
This desire for more caressing scents in high temperatures does not come out of nowhere. In 1992, Thierry Mugler launched “Angel”, presented as the first sweet perfume for the general public. The media ELLE recalls that Diptyque offered “L’Eau Papier” in 2023, built around a steam of rice, while the Vietnamese brand Annam signed “White Rice”. About this unexpected note, Linda Song, senior perfumer at Givaudan, tells Highsnobiety: “We have seen a notable increase in interest in rice as a fragrance note, particularly among niche and independent brands.”
The trends put forward by NewBeauty focus on these slightly sweet “skin” perfumes, made to blend in with the natural scent rather than to cover it. In our selection, Banana Rush ticks this box, as does the enveloping amber of Cœur Fetish Amber sprayed in a light cloud on the pulse points. The idea remains to keep the comfort of a dessert, but in a warm mist version.
Choosing the right summer perfume when it’s very hot
To tame these new products under 30°C, the experts interviewed in recent months recommend fresh formulas and light gestures: spray from around thirty centimeters, favor clothing and the back of the neck, and possibly layer a more neutral mist underneath. Stand out, yes, but in a light way.
