What are the health risks?

The reason for this recall is the absence of marking of the expiry date and batch number on the upper film of certain sachets. The contents remain as intended, but without a visible date, a consumer may keep liver mousse longer than the safe period, especially if they regularly return it to the refrigerator after opening. This type of product, based on liver and cream, is very sensitive to microbial development beyond the shelf life, with an increased risk for fragile people: pregnant women, elderly people, young children or immunocompromised people. The absence of a batch also makes any traceability more complicated in the event of a subsequent problem.

What should the consumer do?

People who recently purchased Liver mousse & its hint of cream Madrange are invited to check the tray kept in the refrigerator. If in doubt about the presence of the DLC or batch number, it is better to consider the product as affected by the recall. It is recommended to no longer consume it, to return it to the point of sale to obtain a refundor, failing that, to destroy it. Consumer service can be reached at 06 14 49 28 63 for any questions.
