What are the health risks?

The bacteria Salmonella is responsible for salmonellosis, a food poisoning. After ingestion of a contaminated product, sudden digestive problems may appear between 6 and 72 hours: diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, often accompanied by fever and headache.

What should the consumer do?
