What are the health risks?

The problem does not come from the bamboo shoots themselves, but from the boxes which contain too high a quantity of

bisphenol Aused in certain interior coatings of cans. This molecule is classified as
endocrine disruptor : in high doses or in case of repeated exposure, it can disrupt hormonal functioning.
