Imodium Plus Comfort contains loperamide hydrochloride and simethicone as its active ingredients.

How do I use Imodium Plus Comfort?
Take Imodium Plus Comfort tablets orally with a drink of water, with or without food.
For adults 18 years old and above, take two tablets at the beginning of the treatment and continue taking one more tablet after each loose bowel movement. For children between 12 years old and 18 years old, take one tablet initially and another tablet after each loose bowel movement. The maximum number of tablets within 24 hours is 4 tablets. Discontinue taking this medicine after 48 hours. If symptoms persist despite this treatment, seek advice from a doctor.
Do not take more than what is recommended. Overdose of this medication may result in serious problems such as:
- Central nervous system depression
- Stomach problems such as constipation, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting
