During vacation periods, even more than the rest of the time, the absence of a treating doctor can be felt. If you need a non-urgent consultation, care locations can accommodate you during the week, on weekends, during the day or in the evening. Discover them in a few clicks.

What are these alternatives?

Developed by the government website Santé.fr and the Regional Health Agencies (ARS), an interactive map lists places in each region offering unscheduled care consultations such as:

  • Health centers and multi-professional health centers (MSP);
  • On-call medical homes;
  • Unscheduled care centers;
  • Some medical offices for certain evenings and/or weekends.

How do I know where the nearest healthcare center is located?

If it is a vital emergency or if you have any doubt about the seriousness of the situation, no hesitation, you must dial 15.

But if you only need a traditional consultation, it is possible to go to the Santé.fr website which lists on this interactive map all the places of care which can accommodate you, near your home or your vacation spot.

The objective is not to unnecessarily saturate emergency services, which will remain available for serious cases.
