Loperamide

Loperamide can be used as effective relief for short term acute diarrhoea, traveller’s diarrhoea or to relieve symptoms of IBS. It is important to take only the recommended dosage of 2 capsule then 1 additional capsule for each episode of diarrhoea, maximum of 6 capsules in one 24 hour period. Symptoms should subside within 1 hour.
